CRAIG'S CORNER
Read Craig's
comments and feedback on recent events |
To
Craig,
This looks fair and mutually
advantageous to everyone. Tokey
Hill(The Promoter of the Arnold Sports
Festival) will never find anyone
with your ambition or kick-butt,
get-it-all-going energy to super promote
this event in a way to best dignify that
for which Arnold's name stands.
Guys remember and practice this
principle: "Give praise in public, and
make all corrections in private."
Craig, you and I know best that what
needs to be done with this event is that
any assignment of responsibility, like
who should promote it, cannot be devoid
of force if it is overblown using
incompetent parties and not calibrated
to the reality of what has to be
accomplished. This in my experienced,
professional opinion is the reason only
you should qualify as the best choice to
promote the Arnold kickboxing show.
All producers, leaders, and promoters
need to understand they must give their
people the resources, information, and
authority to do what you have asked them
to do: remember that there can be no
responsibility without power, and
nothing so undermines morale as
assigning the first without giving the
second. This principle is what gives
rise to the importance of contracts.
Okay, everyone? Let's all get together
on the same page and go to work. Count
me and my black belts in.
I remain,
Joe Lewis
